The history behind the phrase 'America First'

In his inaugural address, newly minted President Donald Trump made it clear that his administration will put "America first." In fact, he used the phrase twice. As Los Angeles Times writer Doyle McManus pointed out during the campaign, however, the phrase "America First" has a bit of a loaded history. "Seventy-five years ago, the America First Committee was an isolationist movement that opposed U.S. entry into World War II," McManus writes. He adds that its most famous leader, aviator Charles Lindbergh, argued that Nazi Germany was certain to defeat Britain and that U.S. intervention would be useless. About Flash Video

Flash Video  is a  container file format  used to deliver  digital video  content (e.g.,  TV shows ,  movies , etc.) over the  Internet  using Adobe Flash Player  version 6 and newer. Flash Video content may also be embedded within  SWF  files. There are two different video file formats known as Flash Video:  FLV  and  F4V . The audio and video data within FLV files are encoded in the same manner as they are within SWF files. The F4V file format is based on the  ISO base media file format  and is starting with Flash Player 9 update 3. [1] [2] Both formats are supported in Adobe Flash Player and developed by Adobe Systems. FLV was originally developed by  Macromedia . In the early 2000s, Flash Video used to be the  de facto  standard for web-based streaming video (over  RTMP ).
